Shipping Information

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping within the USA, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 8 business days. Please note that we may split your order into multiple shipments, and you will be notified with tracking information for each shipment.

To check the status of your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number once it has shipped. If you haven't received your order within 10 days of shipping confirmation, please contact us at contact@arvenu.com with your name and order number.

Returns

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Returns are free of charge, and the full order amount will be refunded.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@arvenu.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 60 days to receive approval. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Please ensure your address is correct during checkout, as we cannot refund items returned due to incorrect addresses.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds will be issued using your original payment method. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it through the link in your confirmation email. If it’s been longer than 60 minutes, please email us at contact@arvenu.com for assistance.

If you accidentally canceled your order, you can place a new order. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
